Amris Gallegos is a photographer who uses her camera to document her experimentation with objects that have been collected and left forgotten with hopes to show appreciation for the discarded and bring to light new ideas that could be created with them. Amris was raised in Luling, Tx. where she spent a portion of her childhood living with her grandparents which inspired the beginning of her work. She has graduated Texas State University with her BFA, and currently working on exploring more projects.
